Services and Fees

I offer a variety of therapeutic services, each tailored to the unique needs of your child, teen, and family.

Individual Child/Teen Therapy

In our one-on-one sessions, I’ll work with your child/teen to calm worries, develop emotional regulation skills, and build self-confidence. These sessions are designed to provide a safe space for self-expression and personal growth.

Family Therapy

In family sessions, the child/teen and caregiver(s) will be given space to voice their needs and perspectives. We’ll work on strengthening communication, problem solving around issues, learning and practicing skills, and improving relationships so everyone can thrive.

Parent/Caregiver Support

In parent/caregiver sessions, you’ll have your own space to process the challenges and joys of parenting, problem solve around issues, learn and practice skills, and build confidence.

Intake Assessment & Diagnostic Evaluation

During this comprehensive evaluation, we'll discuss your child and family background, concerns, and goals. I will assess for mental health symptoms and provide any pertinent mental health diagnoses (if applicable). This process helps us gain an understanding of your child’s unique needs, gives us an opportunity to get to know each other better, and lays the foundation for our work together. This service is longer and more in depth than a typical therapy session.
